In June 2020 ESDM renewed their ISO-9001 Quality Management certification following a successful external audit from QMS International. By achieving our ISO-9001 certification, ESDM is able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems and processes we have in place meet the high standards for quality management set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). In applying the ISO-9001 standard we are continually improving our working processes, via customer feedback and performance monitoring.
